This is largely due to the exclusivity of our items, and the limited inventory we stock for each collection.

Please note: In the rare instance that your item is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@tapermebad.com within 2 business days of receipt, with your name, order number, and a picture of the defect, and we will send you a replacement of the defective item if it is still available.
